Charges & timelines

Shipping charges shown at checkout are final — no hidden fees. Estimated dispatch includes production time for custom orders, which is stated per product. Delivery estimates are indicative; carrier delays can occur.

Local delivery

Zone coverage, fees, slots and minimum order are shown at checkout where available.

Failed delivery

Failed attempts are re-attempted or returned to origin per courier policy. Contact support to reschedule. Undelivered shipments returning to us are refunded per the Refund Policy.
