Cancellation Policy
- Unpaid orders can be cancelled any time before payment.
- Paid orders can be cancelled until production/dispatch begins; custom orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval and production start, except for defects or our error.
- Post-dispatch cancellations follow the Return Policy.
- Refunds for cancelled paid orders follow the Refund Policy.
