Gateway debits without confirmation are usually auto-reversed by your bank within their timelines. Check your order status first; contact support with the order number if it stays unpaid.

Custom products are produced to order — the estimated production days are shown per product before checkout.

Customized items can be returned for defects, damage, wrong item, or incorrect customization — your statutory rights are unaffected. Change-of-mind returns may not apply to personalized goods; see the Return Policy.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. COD refunds follow our documented bank transfer verification — we never ask for UPI PIN or passwords.
